What was it your IT setup before your business chose to partner with Cloud Geeni? 

We had client data split over two or three computers which was causing us more than a few problems. 

What problem(s) were you trying to solve with our service? 

We wanted a server option, but we did not have the money needed to buy a server and have everything net worked. We were also looking at how it would be possible to work from home as well as at the office, without investing in laptops as well as our current towers and having to transfer data between machines to maintain overall data integrity.  

What made our product or service stand out from other options? 

Cloud Geeni were recommended to us. 

What sold you on Cloud Geeni as your IT managed services provider? 

We met the Cloud Geeni team on your stand at the Accountex event.

Did you face unexpected curveballs when implementing our product? If so, how did our team help you surmount those challenges? 

I think that the biggest thing for us was getting over the loss of administration rights and not being able to just install new software and updates. Although this was awkward at first, simply because it was new, the support team at Cloud Geeni proved to be both reliable and timely in dealing with updates and new software implementation.

Also in some cases their technical knowhow was absolutely essential in ensuring that the software was installed properly and worked how it should. 

How was your experience working with Cloud Geeni throughout the COVID-19 pandemic?  

We were already utilising Cloud Geeni's services prior to COVID and it was a huge benefit to us during COVID. As with all customer services the support was hampered with people having to work from home but the longer COVID went the more it seemed the support from Cloud Geeni returned to normal. 

What would you tell someone who's considering our business? 

Personally I would have no problem recommending Cloud Geeni to another business owner.
